Operations Intern

VISCOY Pte. Ltd. is a leading provider of inspection technology and solutions for Asset Inspection and Maintenance (AIM) in Southeast Asia. AIM covers a wide range of techniques, including traditional Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), and cutting-edge Robotics and Digital Technologies like AI, IoT, and more. These solutions are used for infrastructure inspection, maintenance, and condition monitoring. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting daily warehouse operation, including receiving inbound shipments, unboxing, and conducting product inspection. •  Assist in preparing outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. • Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and record-keeping. • Handle customer walk-ins for equipment collection and drop-off. • Assist in monthly inventory stock takes and stock management. • Prepare and organize equipment check in &out for sales personnel/field ops. • Support event and exhibition logistics coordination. • Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring availability. • Support in warehouse organization and continuous improvement through 5S practices. Skill set: • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office(especially Excel) • Hands-on & Practical Mindset • Communication skills – internal members and clients • Teamwork & adaptability • Problem solving Internship Period: 6 Months
