Marketing Internship (Part-Time, 6-Month Period)

Internship OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Intern on a part-time basis for 6 months to support the brand’s marketing activities. This role is suited for someone who is organized, hands-on, and eager to gain practical exposure across social media, content creation, customer engagement, and on-ground marketing execution. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder and Branding & Marketing Director, with potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance, attitude, and business needs. Key Responsibilities• Assist in planning, creating, and posting content across Herboria’s social media platforms • Draft captions, short-form copy, and basic content for marketing campaigns, social posts, and promotional materials • Respond to basic customer enquiries on social media and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner • Support basic filming of content for social media, behind-the-scenes, promotions, and brand storytelling • Perform simple photo/video editing for social media content using basic editing tools • Assist in content creation including ideation, trend research, and content calendar support • Help execute on-ground marketing activities, activations, or coordination tasks when the Branding & Marketing Director is not present • Monitor social media activity and flag customer feedback, trends, or issues to the team • Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing campaigns • Assist with maintaining brand consistency across content and communications • Carry out other basic marketing and brand support duties as assigned What We Are Looking For (Ideal)• Must be able to work in Singapore with a valid visa • Able to work in-person/on-site and remotely • Interest in marketing, branding, social media, content creation, or wellness/lifestyle industries • Good written and spoken communication skills (English and Mandarin preferred) • Comfortable being hands-on with day-to-day execution • Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or other relevant social platforms • Familiarity with basic design or editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is a plus • Able to work independently, follow instructions well, and take initiative when needed • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Willing to support both creative work and basic operational marketing tasks Preferred Qualifications• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design, or a related field • Prior internship, school project, freelance, or personal experience in content creation or social media management is a plus • Interest in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is advantageous Why Join Herboria• Gain hands-on experience in building a premium wellness brand • Work closely with founders and decision-makers • Learn about early stage company building from startup veterans • Exposure to social media, branding, customer engagement, and campaign execution • Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expands • Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and suitability
