Job Description: We are looking for a creative and self-driven Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Executive to support our brand growth and online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, understands social media trends, and can communicate effectively with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) • Plan and create engaging content (videos, posts, captions) • Develop simple marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness • Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms • Assist in basic marketing strategy and ideas for lead generation • Track performance and suggest improvements Requirements: • Experience in social media management or content creation • Familiar with TikTok trends and short-form video content • Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) • Good communication skills (English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Prior experience in marketing, agencies, or service industry is a bonus Working Arrangement: • Part-time, flexible hours • Work-from-home arrangement (with occasional meet-ups if required) Salary: • To be discussed (based on experience) How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply via CareersFuture or send your portfolio/sample work to us.
