Summary Benefit : - Basic up $2700, 3 months contract [Maternity Cover] - Location : West (Transport provided in Jurong/ Boon Lay) - MNC with positive working environment - 5 days, 8am to 530pm Responsibilities : • Provide administrative and operational support to the Order Fulfilment team • Process and update order-related transactions in SAP • Manage standalone order updates using ClickUp (digital planning tool) • Prepare and maintain reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel • Assist with data extraction and basic analysis (Power BI experience is an advantage) • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order processing, including expediting production and delivery timelines Requirements : - 2–3 years of experience in Order Fulfilment or a related supply chain/operations role - Hands-on experience with SAP is required - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Exposure to Power BI is an added advantage To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button or email to jasmine.wong@staffking.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
