Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and support network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, datacenter, cloud, and internet environments • Ensure network availability, performance, and capacity planning to meet SLA and business requirements • Troubleshoot network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures • Execute change, patching, and upgrade activities in accordance with change management processes • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Cloud teams) to deliver technical solutions • Support regulatory compliance (e.g. MAS TRM), audit reviews, and security hardening initiatives • Work with vendors and service providers for implementation, troubleshooting, and support • Support disaster recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution activities • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives (e.g. scripting, infrastructure as code) • Job Requirements • 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or operations (CCIE preferred) • Strong expertise in network protocols, architectures, and technologies • Solid understanding of core networking concepts, including routing and switching (OSPF, BGP), LAN/WAN, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP, and VXLAN • Hands-on experience with datacenter networking technologies (e.g. Cisco ACI, SD-WAN) • Familiarity with load balancing technologies (e.g. F5) • Experience with hybrid cloud networking (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), including connectivity and security design • Exposure to network automation (e.g. Python, Ansible, Terraform) is preferred • Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services (e.g. MAS TRM) • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Best regards, Kshama Warange EA License Number: 23C2060 | EA Registration ID: R26161060 Quess Selection & Services, Singapore Disclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your information.
