About this role
Job Duties: • Assist in change in personal particulars and contact details, update FATCA/CRS, returned mails • Handle policy level changes - change in policy coverage, premium payment mode etc • Handle status of application, appeals relating to policy services applications • Manage day to day execution of customer’s change requests • Administer customer requests under the policy valuation function in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality • Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma and above • Meticulous, able to process requests with accuracy and meet service standards • Proficient in MS Office Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Words format to joanna.tan@ambition.com.sg and attn it to Tan Joanna (R1104661).
