Global Financial Technology Firm (Confidential) A world-renowned financial technology organisation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Professional Services Senior Specialist to lead enterprise-level implementations of award-winning voice trading and communication platforms used by global financial institutions. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leading financial clients, managing complex deployments across regions, and driving successful end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Role Overview The Professional Services Senior Specialist will be responsible for leading full lifecycle client implementations, including deployment planning, onsite execution, user onboarding, and training delivery. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Client Support to ensure successful, on-time delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations. This position involves frequent client engagement and requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured project delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end client deployment projects from planning through to go-live • Develop detailed implementation plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies • Manage onsite deployments and coordinate effectively with client technical and business stakeholders • Understand client voice trading workflows and support configuration, onboarding, and user enablement • Design and deliver tailored training programmes, materials, and user guides for different stakeholder groups • Conduct training sessions for end users, administrators, and support teams • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness validation • Provide onsite go-live and hypercare support, proactively managing issues and escalations • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted implementation partner • Manage multiple concurrent client projects and priorities effectively Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience • Strong experience in client-facing project delivery or professional services roles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven experience managing system implementation or migration projects in technology environments • Strong ability to produce and maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, schedules, meeting minutes, etc.) • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities • Experience in financial services, trading systems, or fintech environments is advantageous • Willingness and ability to travel when required Bonus Skills / Nice to Have • Understanding of telecommunications or voice communication technologies (SIP, VoIP, voice routing) • Exposure to voice trading platforms or financial voice communication systems • Knowledge of real-time communication systems or low-latency environments • Technical awareness of network connectivity, voice infrastructure, or unified communications platforms • Experience working with global trading or capital markets environments • Strong ability to bridge business, technical, and infrastructure discussions Preferred Qualities • Strong presentation and client engagement skills • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset • Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-driven environments • Ability to collaborate across regional and global teams Please reach out to co.co@ambition.com.sg with your updated resume and contact details.
