Job Responsibilities: · Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams, business stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience from interview coordination through offer stage · Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support · Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, timezones, and geographies while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience · Handle interview logistics including calendar coordination, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment · Maintain accurate documentation and recruitment records within internal systems while ensuring high attention to detail and responsiveness · Proactively resolve scheduling and operational challenges by providing practical and timely solutions · Represent the organisation professionally by delivering a positive, engaging, and candidate-centric recruitment experience · Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements · Minimum Degree in a related discipline · Minimum 2 years of relevant experience · Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
