A well-established multinational organization with an expansive global footprint and a collaborative, forward-thinking corporate culture. about the job.Take on a strategic leadership position orchestrating the complete design, alignment, and implementation of core enterprise order-to-cash business frameworks. • Lead comprehensive process blueprinting covering customer account setups, global pricing matrices, billing routines, and accounts receivable workflows. • Configure specialized customer service modules to manage long-term agreements, automated notifications, service orders, and resource-based invoicing linked to broader plant maintenance networks. • Standardize diverse, fragmented regional transaction models, pricing structures, and billing lines into a single, cohesive global enterprise template and unified invoicing system. • Manage cross-module linkages and core business platform connection pathways utilizing modern enterprise integration suites. • Drive business fit-to-standard workshops, playback sessions, custom enhancement designs, and user acceptance phases while overseeing a balanced onshore and offshore project delivery team. skills and experience required. • Minimum twelve to fifteen years of professional experience, including extensive hands-on expertise with sales distribution models and customer service modules within enterprise platforms. • Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end global template rollouts as a functional track lead for major enterprise system upgrades. • Specialized technical proficiency configuring complex service contracts, resource tracking workflows, and core client accounts management systems. • Comprehensive knowledge of cross-platform integration strategies, system testing lifecycles, and user training management. • Strong leadership and communication capabilities to act as the primary liaison for senior business stakeholders and manage hybrid delivery teams.
