About this role
Contract Period: 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027 Working time: • Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break Job scope: • Provide courteous front-desk service, handling enquiries from students, parents, and visitors. • Manage calls and communications, including screening, message-taking, and providing accurate information. • Attend to sick or injured students, maintain sickbay records, and inform relevant staff (basic First Aid preferred). • Support administrative tasks such as handling mail, deliveries, and student records/forms. • Maintain records for keys, lockers, and lost-and-found items. • Monitor and replenish First Aid supplies. • Perform other duties as assigned by school management. Requirement: • 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a receptionist or as a personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, and/or relevant certificates.
