Job Description• Assist in ensuring quality standards are met for the Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS) • Provide first-level support and help with routine system maintenance tasks • Support in tracking and updating schedules for maintenance activities • Assist in monitoring and documenting support tasks • Help conduct system checks identifying potential errors and generating audit reports based on findings • Support the creation and updating of training materials in accordance to brand standards • Assist with the setup and configuration of properties in the CRS system • Respond to basic property-related inquiries or issues, escalating complex cases when needed • Perform general administrative or support tasks as assigned Key Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in hotel operations, commercial systems support, or a similar role • Familiarity with hospitality systems such as CRS, RMS, PMS, channel managers, and BI tools • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data • Able to communicate effectively with property teams and external vendors
