About this role
Job Description • Handle daily operations including processing participant requests and managing onboarding of new participants. • Respond to general enquiries from financial institutions and coordinate system testing activities. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conduct compliance reviews, and maintain operational documentation. • Manage ticket tracking systems and ensure all activities meet established service level agreements. • Liaise with financial institutions and stakeholders, monitor system alerts, and reconcile invoices. • Provide administrative support for meetings and regulatory submissions. • Maintain accurate records in the Authority’s systems and participate in sync-up calls. Requirements • Minimum diploma qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail. • Must uphold strong code of work ethnics, in particular confidentiality of information WFO - Shenton Way, M-F: 8.30am - 6.00pm 2-year contract
