Job Summary Join The Frosted Chick’s energetic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative marketing and direct engagement, driving sales growth and brand presence in a dynamic boutique bakery environment. Responsibilities • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement • Engage customers face-to-face to build rapport and enhance their experience with the brand • Diagnose and resolve product care and usage inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality • Facilitate sales transactions and provide comprehensive after-sales support to foster customer loyalty • Manage and grow social media channels by running targeted ads and conceptualizing creative campaigns that resonate with the audience
