• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 DBA support for enterprise database environments, ensuring high availability and performance. • Administer and support Oracle databases and Microsoft SQL Server , including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Possess working knowledge of MySQL for basic administration and support activities. • Perform daily BAU database health checks, backups, performance tuning, and database patching activities. • Support audit requirements, compliance checks, and coordinate with database vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.
