About this role
Job Scope: • Handling and processing of customer orders • Data entry of orders into the system • Communicating with customers on order matters • Attending to customer requests and enquiries • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment • Providing general administrative support to maintain good customer relations Requirements: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Careful and accurate in data entry • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheet, email, WhatsApp) • Able to start work immediately Work Location: Office-based • Report to office daily • 09:30 PM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
