Outreach & Engagement Coordinator

• Location: City Hall • Work Schedule: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon-Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) • Salary: $3,320 - $4,500 per month • Duration: 3 months (Renewable for another 9 months) Key Responsibilities: • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with programme partners, community organisations, and social service agencies to promote the scheme. • Collaborate with partners to curate and package offsite visits to supported programmes. • Develop and streamline coordination processes, tools, and materials to enhance partner collaboration. • Manage end-to-end logistics, including transport, ticketing, and on-site support. • Track and administer group bookings, logistics, and attendance data. • Partner with stakeholders to provide alternative access channels such as assisting in booking and offline registration. • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and key messages across partner networks. • Support the planning and execution of outreach initiatives, including briefings, roadshows, and community engagements. • Monitor outreach effectiveness and refine strategies based on insights and data.
