Job Description: We are a boutique business consulting firm based in Singapore, seeking a Part-time Accounts/ Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small teams, comfortable working with figures and assisting in administration duties. Key Responsibilities: • Perform data entry and maintain bookkeeping records • Maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation • Maintain proper and organized filing system (physical and digital) • Perform ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned (if necessary) Requirements: • Hands-on experience in data entry and bookkeeping • Comfortable working with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) • Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable • Able to work independently with minimal supervision Hourly Rate: $16 - $20 Work Type & Arrangement: Part-time (On-site) • Candidate is expected to commit a minimum of 12 hours per week • Working hours are flexible and will be performed on-site (to be discussed) • Candidate must be computer-literate • This role is best suited for individuals seeking long-term, stable part-time employment • Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only • Office is located near Clarke Quay / Chinatown MRT stations Experience: • Accounts data entry: 1 year • Administration: 1 year How to Apply: • You may directly apply through MyCareerFuture; or • Send your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant experience to admin@sibconsulting.com (Applicant personal information will be kept strictly confidential.)
