Part Time Accounts Executive (Funeral Operation) • Office Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore • Working Hours: 8.30 am – 5.30pm for 3 days weekly • Monthly Salary: basic up to $2000 • Employment Type: up to 6 months contract Company Overview The company is a long‑established provider of services, with a strong heritage built over many years. Responsibility • Manage full sets of accounts, including preparation of management reports. • Handle GST compilation and submission, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany billing processes. • Verify client invoices, track payments, and generate monthly sales reports. • Process vendor invoices, supplier payments, and employee expense claims. • Liaise with auditors and tax agents, and support other ad‑hoc finance duties as required. Requirements • Minimum Diploma in related field • Minimum 1 year of full set account experience • Proficient with Business Central 365 & MYOB accounting system • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred We regret to inform you that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
