Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities • Responsible for cost management, procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build data center project • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for CSA works at various project stage • Monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiative • Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil, structural, and architectural element • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations • Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for CSA package • Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scop • Assess and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final account • Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual term • Review subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment recommendations • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants on CSA matters  • Provide cost advice during design development and construction phases Requirements • Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent  • At least 3 years experience in CSA quantity surveying or construction projects  • In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry • Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specification At ENGIE, every talent has a role to play in accelerating the energy transition.
