part time admin and account assistance

Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin & Accounts Assistant to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. The role is suitable for someone organized, proactive, and able to handle documentation, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties • Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders • Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments • Assist with email correspondence and general office administration • Support tender submissions and project documentation when required Accounts Duties • Issue invoices and monitor receivables • Record expenses and maintain accounting records • Reconcile bank transactions and supplier payments • Prepare payment vouchers and track cash flow • Assist in monthly accounts closing • Liaise with external accountant/bookkeeper for submissions Requirements• Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email • Experience with accounting software is an advantage • Good organizational and communication skills • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Prior admin/accounts experience preferred • Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) Working Hours• Flexible (e.g. 2–4 days per week / 4–6 hours per day) Salary• Hourly / Monthly (to be discussed based on experience) Preferred• Experience in procurement, trading, or supply chain industry • Experience in dealing with China suppliers is an advantage
