Roaming IT Support Engineer #IFL

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable Subject to Performance and Business Needs) Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per month Benefits: • Fixed Transport Allowance: SGD 100 per month • Mobile Allowance: SGD 20 per month • Taxi/Grab claims reimbursable when travelling between clients/sites for work purposes • One-Month Completion Bonus upon successful completion of contract Key Responsibilities• Provide first-level IT support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues. • Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity issues. • Manage user accounts, passwords, group memberships, and access permissions using Active Directory. • Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, access provisioning, mailbox setup, and account deactivation. • Support Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and endpoint devices. • Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and workplace peripherals. • Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, patching, and endpoint security checks. • Maintain IT asset inventory, user documentation, and support records. • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant support teams when required. • Provide basic IT training and guidance to users on company systems, security practices, and Microsoft 365 tools Interested applicants, please Email, fabianling@recruitexpress.com.sg Fabian Ling Tuong Liing R25129353 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
