Overview I am hiring for a Property Advisory and Marketing Consultancy with 10 years in the industry. This role supports marketing and administrative functions within a firm providing real estate analysis and research services across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Australia. You will handle data management, content coordination, and marketing material creation to support business operations and outreach efforts. The position is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and able to manage both administrative and creative marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Enter and manage data accurately from multiple sources within required timelines • Update and coordinate marketing content across various platforms to ensure consistency • Maintain and organise marketing databases for accessibility and accuracy • Create digital and print marketing materials, including EDMs, factsheets, and seasonal communications • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines • Support additional administrative or marketing tasks as required Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data • Good organisational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Basic design and content creation capabilities for marketing materials • Familiarity with database management and digital marketing platforms is an advantage
