Job Summary We are hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Secretarial Team with administrative tasks including mail handling and document management. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial Team to ensure smooth daily operations • Scan and disseminate mails accurately for clients to maintain timely communication • File and track documents using Airtable to ensure organized and accessible records • Manage workload effectively by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines • Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to support team objectives • Proactively identify and offer assistance on administrative needs to improve team efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum ‘O’ level qualification • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to perform routine office tasks • Familiarity with corporate secretarial processes is an advantage but not required • Ability to work flexibly for 2 - 3 days per week under a hybrid remote arrangement Other Information Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: • Hybrid remote in Singapore, Singapore 048762 Job Type: • Part-time, minimum 14 hours per week Payment • SGD10 - 11 per hour
