Hourly Rate: $15 – $18 per hour Working Address: Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2, 10 Marina Boulevard, Level 39, Singapore 018983 Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to Friday This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and office-based work as required. Responsibilities & Duties:(1) Administrative support • CorpPass management; monthly CPF and Levy submission and checks • Annual IR8A/AIS filing; support for Work Permit and pass-related procedures • Singtel account management; office-related general affairs (as needed) (2) Sales support • Entering and maintaining customer information in the CRM • Printing and dispatching training materials for clients Qualifications and Requirements:• Detail-oriented and reliable with administrative tasks • Prefers a mostly-remote role that fits around family or other commitments • Comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in English • Looking for a stable, long-term position Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
