Job Summary General office admin while working a 3-day week schedule from 10am to 4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage submission processes to ensure timely delivery for consultants. • Submissions of online claims for clients. • Mailing out greeting cards and Egreetings to clients. • Collection of mails and furnishing stationery stocks and forms. • Book and arrange meeting room. • Consolidate petty cash on monthly basis. • Photostating of documents and efiling.
