About this role
Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support: • Responding to Ticketing/reservation/E-commerce Sales and administrative routine portfolio matter. • Promptly and professionally handle walk-in, incoming calls and emails for general enquiries. • Handle all international and domestic ticketing queries • Handle Airlines Sky-pearl Club membership queries and response. • Responsible on relationships and customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills • Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or service. • E-commerce Support: Assisting with tasks related to online sales, include assisting with email marketing, website management, and other digital marketing initiatives. • Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and agents • Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach
