Key Responsibilities• Afternoon Support: Assist the Lead Teacher in managing the classroom and executing afternoon activities from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. • Supervision & Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of children during tea break, outdoor play, and dismissal. • Learning Support: Facilitate multi-sensory play and inquiry-based activities (in either English or Mandarin). • Environment Care: Help maintain a clean, provocative, and organized learning environment that sparks curiosity. • Parent Interaction: Assist in a professional and friendly manner during student pick-up/dismissal. ✅ Requirements• Relevant Certification: Minimum ACEY or Certificate in ECCE. Candidates currently pursuing their Diploma are welcome to apply. • Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in either English or Mandarin to support the respective language immersion. • Commitment: Must be able to commit to the 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM shift consistently. • Personality: Patient, proactive, and possesses a genuine love for children. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the Principal and lead teachers.
