We are seeking motivated individuals with an interest in fitness and strong interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality customer service and support the safe and efficient operation of our gym facilities. Role Responsibilities and Expectations: • Manage the front desk operations of the assigned gym outlet, including but not limited to membership registration, handling enquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels, inventory count, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and maintaining overall gym cleanliness and tidiness. • Utilise required digital tools and platforms effectively in the performance of duties. • Demonstrate integrity and strict adherence to operational policies, protocols, and guidelines. • Respond to the needs of customers and other stakeholders in a timely, professional, and responsible manner. • Ensure proper handover and takeover procedures are completed before and after each shift. • Report and be accountable to the Studio Manager and General Manager for all matters encountered during shift duty. Role Requirement: • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Punctual, dependable, conscientious, and well-organised with a positive, can-do attitude • Enjoys personal interactions and have an approachable personality • Able to commit at least 2- 3 shifts of 5 to 7 hours per shift every week between 8am to 8pm, especially on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays • Able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months and rotate across all outlets Certification / Prior Work Experience: • Prior customer service experience required • First-Aid certified preferred Physical Requirement: • Able to walk around the gym facilities, climb stairs, lift, clean and pack heavy gym equipment Remuneration and Employee Benefits: • Base Salary + Sales Commission • Complimentary usage of gym facilities at any Platinum Fitness outlet when you are not on duty • Corporate discounts at partner retailers
