A pioneer in Singapore’s cocktail bar scene, the Group’s portfolio comprises of the following bars and restaurants: Restaurants- • Humpback – oyster bar and seafood bistro with a focused wine & cocktail list • Caffe Fernet – Modern Italian restaurant bar with a view of the Marina Bay waterfront Cocktail Bars- • Jigger & Pony (No. 9 The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, No. 3 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025) • Gibson – Timeless cocktail bar balancing balances ingredient‑driven creativity with classics • Live Twice – Cocktail bar inspired by mid-century modern Japan • Pop City - Japanese-lifestyle cocktail bar in Singapore’s Central Business District • Cosmo Pony - Convivial bar with a cosmopolitan soul in Jakarta • BOP - Korean cocktail dining bar in Tanjong Pagar We are looking for like-minded hospitable individuals to join us as Part Time Hospitality Associate for our restaurants & bars Job Description • Deliver genuine service from the heart • Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue • Attend to guests and deliver all Front of House duties, such as orders taking and table service, according to SOP • Explain food & drinks items to guests and make recommendations • Serve food & drinks efficiently • Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff Requirements: • Passion for hospitality and high standard of service • Positive, out-going and willing to learn • Enjoy fast pace and vibrant environment • Speaks good English • Able to commit to at least 3 days per week, including weekends and public holiday • $12-15 per hour
