• Talent Acquisition & Internship Coordination Partner with universities and polytechnics to bring in fresh talent Support hiring across brands—from screening to onboarding • Employment Documentation Draft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits with flair and compliance • Employee Lifecycle & Records Maintain personnel files, track confirmations, renewals, and exits Keep our HRIS clean, compliant, and audit-ready • Leave & Attendance Admin Monitor leave balances, approvals, and entitlements Flag anomalies and support monthly reporting • Payroll Liaison (No Processing!) Update payroll team on new hires, exits, and leave data Ensure smooth handoff of accurate info—no number crunching required • General Admin Support Help with filing, office coordination, and HR-related tasks Be the go-to for internal ops questions
