Job Summary We are looking for dedicated part-time kitchen staff to support weekend and public holiday operations, assisting chefs and maintaining kitchen efficiency and hygiene. Responsibilities • Assist chefs with food preparation to ensure timely and quality meal production • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen to comply with health regulations • Prepare ingredients and perform basic kitchen tasks to support smooth food service • Manage kitchen workflow during service hours to ensure efficient operations Required competencies and certifications • Ability to commit to full-day weekend shifts including public holidays • Availability for a minimum of 60 working hours per month • Ability to work responsibly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior kitchen experience to facilitate quicker adaptation (training provided)
