We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant/Executive with experience in the F&B to help drive content, campaigns, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement multi-channel content strategy (social, email, digital). - Create, curate, and schedule content aligned with brand voice. - Manage digital assets, photo/video shoots, and editing. - Coordinate media invites, influencer tastings, and product launches. - Engage community via social platforms to build brand affinity. - Monitor analytics and generate monthly reports with insights. - Liaise with vendors and partners for campaigns and collaborations. - Support marketing KPIs and help refine brand positioning. Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field. - At least 1 year of experience in an F&B or hospitality brand. - Strong in content creation (photo/video + captions). - Proficient in IG, TikTok, Facebook + editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut). - Skilled in analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus. - Confident in communication (written and spoken). - Creative thinker, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced team. - Knows how to engage communities and manage timelines
