Job Summary Manage daily office administration and support HR functions to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities • Manage daily office administration and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency • Coordinate staff accommodation, travel bookings, and insurance arrangements to facilitate employee mobility • Oversee office housekeeping and pantry management to maintain a professional and welcoming workplace • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive work culture • Execute ad hoc duties and assist with HR-related matters as assigned to meet organizational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant experience • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders • Organize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines • Apply proactive, solutions-oriented approaches to improve administrative processes and reliability Other Information • Working Days: 2 days per week (Monday to Friday), with a flexible schedule to be discussed
