Part time packer

About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Packer to join our warehouse operations team. You will work in a comfortable, air-conditioned warehouse environment, handling light and small items for online orders. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to packing lists or system orders • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing • Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble bags, tape, void fill) based on item size and fragility • Label packages correctly with shipping labels and delivery information • Seal and secure packages to ensure items are protected during transit • Sort and organize packed orders by courier or delivery route • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe packing workstation at all times • Replenish packing supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) as needed • Assist with stock receiving, counting, and shelving when required • Meet daily packing targets and productivity standards • Report damaged goods, packing errors, or low stock levels to supervisor Experience & Skills • No prior experience required — full training will be provided • Basic literacy and numeracy skills (able to read order details and count items) • Good attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work at a consistent pace and meet daily packing targets • Able to stand or sit at a packing station for extended periods Personal Attributes • Reliable, punctual and responsible • Team player with a positive attitude • Honest and trustworthy when handling customer orders • Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Comfortable working in a structured warehouse environment
