Location: Buona Vista Salary: $14/hour Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm Responsibilities• Welcome visitors, manage visitor registration, and handle access cards/tags. • Answer and screen incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries. • Manage incoming mail, courier arrangements, office supplies, and reception area upkeep. • Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, invoice processing, and data entry. • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on administrative and finance-related matters. Requirements• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. • Prior receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage.
