About this role
Responsibilities: Asset Management • Maintain up-to-date network inventory in CMDBsystem and network database. • Track the lifecycle of network assets. • Coordinate disposal of network assets andannual fixed asset verification. Telco Billing • Process and verify telco invoices, ensuringaccuracy and timely payment. • Identify billing discrepancies and coordinatewith vendors for resolutions. • Provide monthly costing for reporting. Data Line Tracking and Contract Management • Keep track of new, upgraded and terminatednetwork data lines. • Monitor contract expirations and coordinaterenewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers. • Ensure proper documentation of all network dataline changes for auditing and cost management. Data Management and Reporting • Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize,analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewalsand telco billing. Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Business/Asset Management,or relevant qualifications. • At least 2 years’ relevant experiencepreferably in a Finance Institution. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables,VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula). • Experience in telco contract tracking, vendorcoordination and data management are an advantage. • Possess good written and documentation skillsand effective communication skills able to collaborate and work with variousstakeholders. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and coordination skills.
