About Trilliant Collective: Trilliant Collective is a growing Singapore-based business looking for a motivated Part-Time Recruiter to support our internal hiring needs on a flexible schedule. Role Overview: This is an in-house (NOT agency) recruitment role focused on hiring talent for Trilliant Collective. You will partner with the management team to source, screen, and coordinate hiring for various positions across the company. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screening calls - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms - Maintain a clean and organised talent pipeline / candidate tracker - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Assist with basic HR administrative duties related to recruitment Requirements: - 'A' Level, Diploma, or higher (preferably in HR Management, Business, or related field) - 0-1 year of recruitment/HR experience; fresh entrants with strong communication skills are welcome - Comfortable conducting screening calls and engaging candidates professionally - Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously - Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital tools Working Arrangement: - Part-Time, approximately 12-15 hours per week - Flexible working hours, hybrid arrangement available - Hourly Rate: S$15/hour Why Join Us: - Flexible part-time hours suitable for students, returning professionals, or anyone seeking work-life balance - Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a growing company - Supportive and collaborative team culture We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
