About Trilliant Collective Trilliant Collective is a growing brand looking for a creative and self-driven Part-Time Social Media Marketing Executive to help shape and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and values flexibility in their work schedule. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short videos) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels. • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform fresh content ideas. • Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions in a timely, on-brand manner. • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and occasional content shoots. • Track engagement metrics and provide simple monthly performance reports with recommendations. • Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and ad-hoc marketing tasks. Requirements • Currently studying or holding a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (fresh graduates and students are welcome). • Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools. • Good writing and communication skills in English. • Creative, self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Able to commit approximately 12–15 hours per week, with flexibility on schedule.
