Responsibilities: • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs • Assist with preparing daily and/or monthly reports, if any. • Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process • Collaborate with hiring managers and interested candidates to understand job requirements • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities. • Conduct interviews and shortlist potential candidates • Learn various aspects of Recruitment, Coaching and Team Management • Have the opportunity to dual job - Sales and Recruitment • Feel a great sense of fulfilment when you help candidate secure their future. • Trained as successful professional in people management Requirements: • Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in any field • Possess good verbal & written communication skills • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint Working hours & Salary: • 2 days a week (Tuesday & Friday), 10am to 6pm (1hour lunch break) • $15 per hour
