Part-Time Retail Assistant

Description: • Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. • Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. • Responds to customers’ questions. • • Manage transactions with customers using POS system • Collect payments whether in cash or cashless payment • Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold the company’s branding and image. • Housekeeping and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines provided by the management • Any other duties assigned by the Supervisors or Managers in charge. Requirements: • Above minimum legal age of 21 years old due to sale and supply of tobacco products • Strong customer service skills • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills • A good team player, mature and self-driven
