Part Time Operations Executive (Sales & Marketing) ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following: · Key role to support project and sales activities. · To handle administrative related duties for project work and sales activities. · Review documentation including proof reading, modification and improve on existing work. · Prepare information on products and their applications for submission of tender proposal. · Perform strategic procurement, liaise and negotiate with vendors for the best price. · Collect customer feedback and follow up to ensure customer expectation and satisfaction is Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders · Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding inquiries, feedback, and supports/complaints. · Invoice Billing and maintain a proper filing system for invoices and financial documents · Provide administrative support and coordinate between the project team and external customers. · Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the information captured in the system if required · Support all administrative and backend functions for the group · Plan and schedule meetings including taking of minutes. · Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, establish and maintain relationships for the flawless execution of projects · Adhere to the respective departmental delivery processes, procedures, work instructions, forms & templates · Stays familiar with companies policies and goals and works to make sure that all members of a project team adhere to set standards · Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time. · Exposure to support Singapore and Hong Kong headquarter projects and other international exposure Requirements· At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent. · Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) · Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Independent, organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker. · Good analytical and problem solving skills. · Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times. · Minimum 1 year working experience in project admin, Operations, marketing, etc. · Able to start work immediately or within short notice Interested applicants please email your detailed resume stating your working experience, earliest available date, current & expected salary and a recent CV / Resume to info@i-consulttech.com/HR@i-consulttech.com
