In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a secure and welcoming environment while delivering attentive and professional service. You will monitor hotel premises, respond to security incidents, conduct regular patrols, and work closely with various departments to uphold the highest standards of safety and guest experience. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, visitors, and assets. • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, equipment, and security systems. • Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and guest assistance requests. • Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences. • Control access to restricted areas and manage visitor and contractor entry procedures. • Assist in implementing emergency response and evacuation procedures when required. • Coordinate with hotel departments and external authorities on security-related matters. • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and security protocols. • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible and approachable security presence. Your Profile: • Shift will be Friday & Saturday only. • Work Hours: 10pm - 7am • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in security, hospitality, or a related field. • Possess a valid Security Officer licence issued by the relevant authorities in Singapore. • Strong observation, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Able to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations. • Customer-focused with a professional appearance and positive attitude. • Basic computer literacy in MS Office applications and incident reporting systems. • Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an advantage. • WSQ security certifications and relevant safety training will be preferred
