About the Role Briliacore Pte. Ltd., operator of Bricks 4 Kidz® programmes in Singapore, is looking for passionate and energetic Part-Time STEM Instructors to inspire children through hands-on STEM, engineering, coding, and robotics experiences. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy working with children and creating engaging learning experiences through project-based learning. Classes may be conducted at our Upper Thomson centre, partner preschools, schools, community venues, and enrichment centres across Singapore. Training and teaching materials will be provided. Our structured curriculum and lesson resources enable instructors to focus on engaging students and delivering meaningful learning experiences without having to develop lesson plans from scratch. Key Responsibilities • Conduct STEM enrichment lessons using LEGO®-based learning materials. • Deliver engaging lessons in engineering, science, coding, and robotics. • Facilitate hands-on activities and classroom discussions. • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure student safety. • Prepare and pack teaching materials before and after lessons. • Support workshops, holiday camps, roadshows, and special events. • Travel to assigned teaching locations when required. Requirements • Minimum Diploma qualification. • Good spoken and written English. • Enjoy working with children aged 4 to 12 years old. • Able to conduct lessons independently and confidently. • Responsible, punctual, and reliable. • Comfortable travelling to different teaching locations across Singapore. • Willingness to teach at preschools, schools, enrichment centres, and community venues when required. Preferred Qualifications • ECDA-certified educators. • Current or former preschool teachers. • Current or retired MOE teachers. • Experience in enrichment, preschool, childcare, tuition, coding, robotics, or STEM education. • Experience managing groups of young children. • Experience conducting enrichment classes, holiday camps, workshops, or co-curricular activities will be an advantage. Working Hours • Flexible part-time arrangement. • Weekday afternoons and evenings. • Weekends. • School holiday camps and workshops.
