What You'll DoProcurement Support • Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders across raw materials and packaging • Help maintain supplier records, pricing sheets, and lead time trackers • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and documentation Production Coordination • Support production scheduling by tracking material availability against planned runs • Flag potential shortfalls or delays to the operations team early • Help maintain production trackers and update records after each run Inventory Management and Control • Assist with regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory against system records • Help maintain accurate records across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods • Investigate and flag discrepancies or unexplained stock movements Inventory Accounting and Reporting • Support basic inventory ledger maintenance in coordination with the finance team • Help compile weekly and monthly inventory reports covering stock levels, movement, and ageing • Assist with documentation needed for audits or month-end reconciliation
