Job Summary The Part-Time Venue Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness and overall readiness of the Club premises. The role includes housekeeping duties, pantry maintenance, replenishment of consumables and supporting the upkeep of the venue to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for members, guests and daily operations. Responsibilities • Clean and wipe tables, chairs, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment • Sweep and mop designated areas to ensure floors are clean and safe • Dispose of rubbish and recyclables following proper procedures • Organize and maintain cleanliness of the pantry area for smooth daily use • Replenish disposable cups, tissues, coffee, tea, and pantry supplies to meet user needs • Monitor and report low stock levels of housekeeping and pantry supplies to management • Prepare the venue to be clean, presentable, and ready for daily operations • Assist with light movement and resetting of tables and chairs to support event setups • Support post-event cleanup and restore the venue to operational condition • Receive and organize deliveries to maintain orderly storage • Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by management Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or related experience preferred • Responsible, reliable, and punctual work habits • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Physical fitness to perform light housekeeping duties • Availability to work evening shifts and occasional weekends Other Information Working Hours • 5 to 6 days per week • Typical working hours: 6:00pm to 9:30pm • Additional hours may be required for operational needs, club programmes, and events What We Offer • Flexible part-time working arrangement • Friendly working environment • Convenient location in the city centre
