About this role
Location: East Duration: 1 year convertible Hours: 5.5 days / week Pay: $2500 Job description: • Greet and register patients • Schedule patient appointment • Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner • Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary • Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service • Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station Requirements: • Min.
