Patient Services Associate | Healthcare Operations Support #HDC

Responsibilities: • Assist doctors during consultation sessions and support basic examination procedures • Record and update patients’ information accurately in clinical records and relevant forms • Perform basic patient care activities such as eye evaluation tests, eye drop instillation, and provide guidance on basic eye care practices • Assist patients with enquiries regarding payment schemes and clinic processes • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, queue systems, and record retrieval • Handle billing enquiries, cashiering duties, and front counter operations • Prepare clinic reports and support daily administrative activities • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal teams to address patient-related matters • Support clinic opening and closing procedures when required Requirements: • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline • No prior experience required; structured training and guidance will be provided • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months • Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period • Strong communication skills with a patient-focused mindset • Interested in building experience within the healthcare industry Interested candidates are welcome to send your updated resume to healthcaretemps@recruitexpress.com.sg (Attn: Patient Services Associate) Thank You.
