About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end payroll implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects across Asia Pacific • Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder coordination • Work with HR, IT, and regional teams to gather requirements and design payroll solutions • Oversee payroll system configuration, testing, data migration, and validation activities • Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements across multiple countries • Drive payroll process improvements, standardisation, and automation initiatives • Manage integration between payroll systems and HRIS, finance, and other enterprise platforms • Design and troubleshoot system interfaces and integrations (e.g., Workday and related tools) • Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones • Document processes, workflows, and best practices for regional payroll operations Interested applicants may email resume to kellychooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Chooi Kelly (CEI Registration No: R25136207) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA: 99C4599) We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
