Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function and assist in the HRIS migration project. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, HR systems implementation, and core HR processes. Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition Support • Assist in job postings across various recruitment platforms • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring criteria • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling • Support interview documentation and candidate tracking • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports • Assist in employer branding initiatives where required 2. HRIS Migration Project Support • Assist in data cleaning, verification, and consolidation for migration • Support data entry and validation in the new HRIS system • Help prepare employee records and ensure accuracy of information • Participate in system testing (UAT) and document issues • Assist in preparing user guides and process documentation • Provide administrative support during implementation phases 3. General HR Support • Assist with HR documentation and filing • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Provide administrative support for HR projects as assigned Requirements• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What You Will Gain• Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes • Hands-on experience in HRIS system implementation • Understanding of HR operations and compliance processes • Opportunity to work closely with HR professionals on real projects
