About the Client: Our client is a reputed IT Services Company Responsibilities: • Contribute to performance and Security architecture and provide inputs for system scalability and optimization • Lead and manage the testing team, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance tracking • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes • Responsible for performing Engineering, analyzing user requirements, user stories, and enhancement requests • Perform performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter • Execute and validate system changes across frontend, backend, and integrated systems • Document all the results, defects, and supporting evidence clearly • Identify and report security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and potential risks • Support basic security validation such as authentication, authorization, and data protection checks • Collaborate with security teams to ensure applications comply with secure coding and security standards • Support post-implementation testing and production validation Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field • Experience in application/performance architecture and system design concepts • 12+ years of experience in Performance Engineering • Good understanding of system architecture and ability to troubleshoot performance, stability, and infrastructure issues • Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace • Strong scripting skills for performance testing tools experience • Experience with Performance Center • Ability to execute Load, Stress, Soak, and Spike testing • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) • Proficiency in version control tools (Bitbucket, Git, etc.) • Experience with cloud platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry and basic knowledge of Docker • Understanding of application security principles • Familiarity with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, or similar) is a plus • Awareness of data protection, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms • Understanding of secure API testing and vulnerabilities • Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based performance considerations is an advantage • Experience in leading and mentoring testing teams is preferred Interested candidates, who wish to apply for the above position, please send in your resume to lakshmi.prasanna@persolapac.com We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd EA License No. 01C4394 EA Reg No: R1551772 (Kankanala Lakshmi Prasanna) ********************************** The information contained in this e-mail and any accompanying documents may contain information that is confidential or otherwise protected from disclosure.
